Section 2 — Use of the Platform

Our recruitment portal is provided for the sole purpose of applying for job positions at SS International Group and its subsidiaries. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and specifically agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application.
• Not submit false or misleading information.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Not use the platform to spam or harass anyone.

Section 3 — Candidate Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@ssingroup.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Section 4 — Job Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview. SS International Group reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. All hiring decisions are final. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, age, or disability.

Section 5 — Uploaded Content

By uploading a resume or any document to our platform, you grant SS International Group a non-exclusive licence to use that document solely for recruitment evaluation purposes. You confirm that any document you upload does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on ssingroup.com including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of SS International Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability

SS International Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. We are not responsible for any loss of data or application records due to technical failures beyond our control.

Section 8 — Third-Party Services

Our platform uses Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and Google OAuth for sign-in. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Section 9 — Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

Section 10 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
