Role Overview
The Real Estate Investment Analyst supports our Dubai team in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring real estate investment opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis on UAE and GCC real estate trends
- Prepare investment memos, financial models, and deal evaluation reports
- Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and prepare quarterly reports
- Liaise with brokers, developers, and institutional partners
- Assist in preparing presentations for the investment committee
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration
- 1 to 3 years experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel financial modelling
- Knowledge of UAE property market preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
