Role Overview
The Jewellery Export Coordinator manages all export logistics, customs documentation, and buyer coordination for SS Jewellery UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments of gold and diamond jewellery to GCC and international buyers
- Prepare customs documentation, certificates of origin, and export permits
- Liaise with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and customs authorities
- Manage buyer communication and order tracking
- Maintain export records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with the India production team on order fulfilment timelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- 1 to 3 years experience in jewellery or precious metals export
- Knowledge of Dubai gold souk operations and DMCC procedures preferred
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and export management software
